The activity of the educational farm complements the work of traditional farming and production. The farm thus becomes an outdoor laboratory that combines theory with practice: the logic that will guide the days on the farm is based on direct experience: I DO AND I LEARN.
The goal is not only to convey information about rural life, nutrition education and animal husbandry, but to take advantage of a real environment where children can DO FARM.
All educational paths are linked to manual skills and the use of the five bodily senses.

The educational farm is a host facility that offers visitors (young and old) the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of their territory and discover the beauty and functioning of nature, living through playful experiences a healthy and respectful relationship with it. Activities are aimed at the use of a methodology that privileges sensory, emotional manual, playful experiences, through interactive group and/or individual moments in close contact with nature, plants and animals present on the farm.

WHO IS THE INITIATIVE AIMED AT? The initiative is aimed at school groups (elementary, middle, high school), organized groups of children (scouts, after-school clubs, recreational associations, etc...), family groups or groups of various kinds.

GENERAL PURPOSES

  • Training critical thinking to promote creativity
  • Breathe in the benefit of being in touch with Nature
  • Experience sensory, emotional, manual and playful experiences through group and individual recreational times in close contact with nature, plants and animals.
